How long will it take to receive my original painting?

Original paintings will be shipped within 14-21 business days. Once it is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email.

How long will it take to receive my print?

Shipping times may vary depending on release. Prints typically ship within 1-2 weeks, in order to give the artist time to review test prints against the original paintings, to ensure colour and detail are as accurate as possible.

Can I order from outside Canada?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available. Please note that international orders may attract import duties and taxes. This will not be included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please look into what these charges may be within your country.

Can I return my order or get a refund?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The buyer is responsible for receiving the package upon delivery. Please ensure that delivery address is correct. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, or should you receive the wrong item, please email maakin.art@gmail.com. Please provide photos of the damaged/wrong item, as well as your order number so that I can evaluate and resolve the issue.
